How do I place an order?

Ordering on Colma.do is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click on the “Add to Cart” button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order.

Your order will not be placed until the very end of the checkout process when you will be asked for your credit card or PayPal information.

Is it safe to order on Colma.do?

Yes, it is safe to order on Colma.do. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

How can I change the shipping address?

Please contact our Customer Service immediately if you need to change the shipping address on your order. Please be advised that some orders are shipped very soon after order placement and it will not always be possible to make changes to the shipping address.

Do you have a guest checkout?

Yes, we have a guest checkout option. You do not need to create account to place the order.

What payment methods are available?

Card payment: this option allows you to close the online purchase payment process, for this we use a secure payment server so all transactions will be done under a safe connection. You can pay for your purchases with the VISA and / or Mastercard cards.

PayPal payment: if you have PayPal account, it is faster, safer way to save money, make an online payment, receive money.

All transactions are carried out under a secure connection that guarantees confidentiality of all your data.

I have returned an item, when will I get my money back?

Once we have received the items in our logistics centre, a refund is initiated immediately. You will first receive a confirmation Email to notify you of the number of items returned and the amount to be refunded.

The money will then be refunded by the same payment method used to make the initial purchase.

Can I be reimbursed through the different payment method?

For transaction security purposes, reimbursement is made only through the original payment method.

Why should I buy online?

Speeding up the process:

By ordering online you will  get prices faster and you will be able to go through order confirmation and payment process much faster. This could save days of your time.

What should I do if the payment is not accepted?

Please try again in a little while. If the payment is still not accepted, please verify your account balance. If everything is as it should, but you still can’t make the payment, please contact us notify about the problem.

How to proceed in case the payment is declined?

Please make sure that you have entered your payment card details correctly, that there are enough funds on your account and that you have not exceeded the daily payment limit. If the payment is still declined, please contact the issuing bank of your payment card.

Transaction failures are usually related to problems between the bank and the payment provider, or the prohibition by the bank to use your payment card for online payment. We suggest using another payment card or PayPay as alternative option.

Am I charged for items as soon as I order them?

Yes, you will be charged as soon as you confirm the order.

Is there a fee for making online payments?

No. Making online payments is a free service that is convenient and secure method to make a payment.
